The General Data Company (TGDC) sources real operational data from European companies, anonymises it, and licenses it to frontier AI labs for training, evaluation, and product development. Provenance is the product: every corpus is rights-cleared and anonymised, with named entities, personal data, and commercial identifiers removed or pseudonymised, verified per batch.
Where the data comes from
Operational records enter through cleared channels. Nothing is scraped. Every corpus is authorised and anonymised at the source.
- Insolvency estates: document estates from wound-down European companies, which administrators release only under a written mandate.
- Workflow capture: how expert work actually gets done, recorded as step-by-step trajectories through consented reenactment.
- Personal documents: a contributor app, not yet released, through which individuals hand over their own paperwork, anonymised on-device before anything leaves the phone.
- Bespoke corpora: custom professional datasets assembled on request across healthcare, legal and finance.

TGDC Swap
TGDC Swap is an iOS app that rewrites the personal data in a document instead of blacking it out: a name becomes another name, an address becomes another address, and the document stays readable. Detection and replacement run on the device, no document is transmitted in order to be processed, and no account is required. TGDC Capture is the companion desktop app for macOS and Windows: it records expert work as an ordered list of steps, a screenshot at every action plus what the accessibility layer reports.
